View Full Version : New Venues...any ideas?

So I know all the crews are wanting to get a new venue...at least we do. Does anyone have any ideas on where? I though the Huntridge, but it seems to be closed down and sold the a furniture place next door. There has got to be other places in this city....any ideas will be researched.

what sucks about vegas is everything is new.. insurance rates are too high for ur average few hundred person party. other towns you have old venues and u have starving venues who need the business, and more leniant.

i think a great oppourtunity for this town would be an 18+ scene aimed at pure music/dancing fun these spots are very easy to find/setup/get going.

Depends how big of a party you want to host. Down on S. Jones and the 215 there's a church (few hundred people), it's own parking, and iirc CHEAP AS FUCK.

I don't think it could handle an AWOL party or anything but if you want a small party venue this would probably be a decent place. I havent seen the inside though. I'll check it out today and let you know.

long long time ago there were like...two parties...not really that good, but still parties at what used to be Planet Plywood. i think that place is out of the picture now but what about something down in that area. warehouseish?

eternalbeats and flizm flozm used planet plywood we did 3 parties there in 2002.. Konstrukt, May Day, and Statik. planet plywood closed after the 3rd event. ;/

you cant just get a warehouse and throw a party (legally).. there was a business establishment there.
