I got my tickets... Trent has not toured since 1999. I have the DVD of that tour but I have never seen him in concert.

Ooooooooookay, sorry I did not specify that it was a 1999-2000 tour. How could I casually be so belligerently negligent? I must be a real bullshit artist... =P
I thought that more people would be interested. I sometimes forget that NIN was big before most of these kids were listening to music. His first album was in 1989 and that is when some of these kids had not even learned to walk yet. I remember listening to “Pretty Hate Machine” in High School back in 1990. Head Like a Hole, Terrible Lie, Sin, Ring Finger... still some of my favorite tracks.
I was just so excited when I saw that Nails was coming to town that I had to post. I have never had the chance to see Trent R. live because I spent most of my life before 2000 living in the boonies.
Tickets are sold out anyway, just the scalpers left now. That kind of sucks; damn profiteers. I was surprised that most of his concert dates are sold out for the rest of his tour already. The tour has not even started yet. They need to add another night in Vegas dammit.

Hey how old are you? Just curious cause 90 was a long time ago. I was only 11 in '90.
Anyhow, NIN is what got me into electronic music. I was playing guitar in 7th and 8th grade and NIN was why I got my first synthesizer when I was 16. Then I got into Orbital, Aphex Twin, and Future Sound of London and so on.
The photographer that helped me get the job doing photography at Baby's was hired to shoot the concert in '95 in Vegas that I went to, and he developed a cool ass 8x10 of Trent for me that I still have. That concert was the first and only time I was exposed to a man taking his boot to the keys of a keyboard up and down grinding them off with his heels and smashing the shit out of it afterwards.
Ahh memories.
