You should justify your "eh" towards Pendulum. I think their hold your color ep could have hit the DnB scenes international g-spot harder, and the cheese factor did increase, but their total collection of dubplates and releases are nothing short of prolific and amazing, why do you think other wise.. their production is flawless and they've got plenty of non'clownstep traxx!!! Just my 2 centz.
Some lesser known producers I like and think peeps should know:
Keaton(this man should need no intro but more and more i run into peeps who don't know!!!)
Spor, Infiltrata, Cybin, TC (comin up quick though), Kompressah,
Craze-One and I couldn't finish the list unless I mentioned my tunes, so check out MetaPhase.
Nasenbluten, haven't heard them yet but if they're comin from the noise/IDM side of things I'd like to hear their approach on DnB...have they put out any dancefloor smashhhup tunes??

Well to be honest , im more into the darker techy side of dnb . I mean dont get me wrong I like a little ragga now and then and I can always handle a little of the funk , but pendulum has just gotten more and more commercial and has gotten increasingly cheesier . Pendulum has some sick ass tunes out but people dont seem to play those as often and tend to stick to the poppier bullshit commercial tracks , and thats why im hating on them . You rarely hear the better produced tracks, because djs want to spin the shit thats going to appeal to the masses and get people moving . rather then appeal to the musical enthusiast , which all and all makes sense but it doesnt really showcase the rest of the producers real talents.
to comment on your other statements... fuck yeah keaton is pretty sick , so is spor , and infiltrata . I havent heard of the other ones , Ive probably heard some of their tracks but I dont know who they are by name . Is craze one dj craze ?
Nasenbluten has some shit on this noise label ant zen thats fuckin amazing , I first heard them when I was like 15 . Now that Im a lot more familiar with the dnb sound , I noticed that theyve always had more of a melodic dnb structured sound . thats not really commen to most noise .
Also Ive heard some of your tracks , you have some pretty good stuff out man . keep up the good work .

werd up, yes TC is just absolutely blowing my mind promo after promo....god damn!! I must pick up the mix.
Yea a weird thing about Pendulum is they re-use or ("recycle") some of the same melodic material.....like if you hear the likes of Dom n roland or something....he has a "sound" but its not like a sound how Pendulum has a "sound" their "sound" tends to get very characteristic sometimes....which leads me to believe they are cornering DnB as a more mainstream thing.....which is whatever.....
yea darck dirty techy nasty. 4 sure. DnB the bigger the better. They sure are comin at it though!
