How can you imbed Video to posts/signature?

I see some people posting video embeds (ie. youtube,google,myspacetv,ect.) How do you do this or, can you? Both in signature and posts?

Youtube posts automatically. Just post the link to the video and it does the work. Not sure if any of the others work. I think I've seen Metacafe work on here before.

I wouldn't put it in your sig tho. Wouldn't go over too well.
