Oops I forgot to put that on there, but isnt acid just a wav sample arrangement tool? Does it have support for VST, MIDI, etc?

i use it as a sequencer by writing out the arrangement by number.. i feel like you have a bit more control with it because you can place a note on any fraction of a measure easily.. if you dont use loops it works well..

another good function is that you can run effects and eqs live, i believe newer versions do have vst support, mine unfortunately does not. when i do need a vst i load my sound in wavelab or even fruity loops4.. both of which can run several real time vst's.. then i would export back to acid to chop and sequence the sound..

im not sure if it would be considered a traditional sequencer.. but i feel like it can be a powerful one if used correctly..
