Avatars?

For some reason, every avatar below the name gives me the "red x"... When I check the properties to see if the URL is getting to my computer (to make sure it's just not my settings)... The URL comes up as some kind of Eternal Beats Server Error...

Are we not allowed to put up litting pictures on our avatar anymore?... Or is it just a fluke...
