I've been listening to his happy 2b hardcore mixes for years now...seen him once at an east coast rave and was luvin every min of it. but i'm just curious to know if you guys like him? also, what other guys out there with cd mixes that have a similar style?

Anabolic has great track selection but terrible mixing, i dont know what his fuckin problem is. Ok well its not terrible, but its not great!
Vinylgroover on the other hand rules the world. His HappyHardcore Anthems cd 1 is like the best happycore cd around!

okay, i'll admit it... i have chapters 2 and 3... but i have the hardest time getting into the cheesey uk hardcore, or 'happy' hardcore. i don't want to sound jaded and say i'm past the cheesey stuff... but it doesn't do anything for me anymore... personally i'm much more into the darker, more nrg and junlge influenced uk hardcore and freefrom that's been coming out lately.
as for anabolic frolic... i can't stand the dood... he sold out a genre, and has done a damn good job making most of the raving public believe that hardcore is either happy, or not...
my hat goes off to scott brown. that man has always been doing his own thing, and moving forward... it's really cool to see and hear him doing stuff with more of a dutch sound to it.
i never liked the hardcore vinylgroover played... but i really like the nu nrg and uk hard house he's put out. it's top notch stuff... i've heard that he's bashed uk hardcore/ happy hardcore on a few occations... kinda a dick move if it's true... but what ever.

I HAVE ALL CHAPTERS AND LISTEN TO THEM ALOT ... i love the cheese core and i love the darker stuff too ... shit i stated spining trancecore/freeform befor i started spining happycore .. im actualy verry happy about that becasue all the good freeform is getting verry hard to find


however i dont really like the new trancecore some of it is ok but most of it is really bad
